Gould, a partner in Goodwin’s Financial Industry practice, was named to Law360’s Private Equity Advisory Board for the third time. With over 20 years of experience, Gould has represented private equity firms, financial institutions, and major corporations in federal and state courts, and in arbitrations in New York and throughout the United States. She has been consistently recognized as a leading lawyer by The Legal 500 United States and US News Best Lawyers, and has received the Pro Bono Publico Award from The Legal Aid Society for her extensive pro bono and community outreach efforts.
Torres, a senior associate in Goodwin’s Business Law Department and a member of its Technology Companies and M&A/Corporate Governance practices, was named to Law360’s M&A Editorial Advisory Board for the second time. Torres’ practice primarily focuses on mergers and acquisitions involving private and public entities across a wide range of industries, and she also advises companies on general corporate matters and represents technology companies in complex strategic transactions. She recently co-led the Goodwin team representing BlueTarp Financial in its sale to Capital One, and is part of the Washington, DC leadership council for Goodwin’s Committee on Racial and Ethnic Diversity.
