President-elect Joe Biden’s reported pick for Securities and Exchange Commission chair is expected to spend some time reversing rules and guidance put forth under former chair Jay Clayton. Biden is expected to pick Gary Gensler, the former Commodities Futures Trading Commission, to lead the SEC.
