The Frankfurt Real Estate Industry team advised KanAm Grund Group on the acquisition of an office building in Hammer Strasse in Hamburg, Germany, for its LEADING CITIES INVEST fund.
The office building, which is leased to the City of Hamburg, comprises approx. 16,000 square meters used by various local authorities. With the latest acquisition the LEADING CITIES INVEST real estate portfolio grows to 34 properties at 24 locations in 9 countries.
Since its foundation in October 2000, KanAm Grund Group has moved a transaction volume of more than $35 billion. As an international real estate company, KanAm Grund Group offers real estate investments and asset management services to German private and institutional investors as well as to international investors.
