Diana Brummer was once again recognized by New York Real Estate Journal’s Women in Professional Services Spotlight 2021, which honors the business and community contributions of women specializing in real estate professional services in New York.
A partner in the firm’s Real Estate Industry group, Brummer has significant experience advising on complex joint ventures, senior, construction and mezzanine financings (for both lenders and borrowers), acquisitions and dispositions, loan workouts, real estate recapitalizations and development.
