Jacki Bostel has been named to New York Real Estate Journal’s (NYREJ) Ones to Watch 2021, a list of up and coming professionals transforming the real estate sector throughout the New York region.
Jacki is a partner in Goodwin’s Real Estate Industry group, where she represents clients in a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including complex joint ventures, restructurings and recapitalizations, senior, construction and mezzanine financings (for both borrowers and lenders), preferred equity investments, and asset-level and entity-level acquisitions and dispositions (including acquisitions and dispositions of real estate by purchasing or selling private real estate investment trust (REIT) stock).
NYREJ highlighted Jacki’s work helping clients achieve success over the past year in spite of the numerous challenges and economic uncertainty created by the pandemic.
