Bradley Weber Named a Law360 MVP in Capital Markets

Goodwin partner Bradley Weber has been named a 2021 Law360 MVP in Capital Markets. The annual distinction honors the world’s elite lawyers for their accomplishments in high-stakes litigation, complex global matters and record-breaking deals.

Based in the Silicon Valley office, Weber is a partner in Goodwin’s Technology group and is co-chair of the firm’s Capital Markets practice. He specializes in sophisticated corporate finance transactions for public and private companies across industries, and possesses extensive experience in securities and capital markets transactions, late-stage growth equity financings, venture capital financings, distressed investments, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.

Among his recent work, Weber advised online thrift store ThredUp in its $193 million Nasdaq IPO, modern card issuing platform Marqeta in its $1.4 billion initial public offering on the Nasdaq and financial software company MeridianLink in its $260 million New York Stock Exchange IPO. Weber also advised the underwriters for cloud-based software platform Blend Labs’ $360 million IPO, Bright Health Group’s $924.3 million IPO and Qualtrics’ $1.78 billion IPO — which is considered one of the largest technology spin-out IPOs in history.
