There are legal answers to the rise in interest rates. Institutional investors are well advised to set up corporate structures for their real estate projects at the time of acquisition, which give them the greatest possible adaptability to changes in the economic environment, such as a sharp rise in interest rates or the price of building materials. This not only ensures the continuation of the projects, but also serves to largely maintain the expected return.
