Goodwin Adds Private Equity Partner Dianna Lee in New York

Global law firm Goodwin today announced that Dianna Lee joined the firm’s Private Equity practice as a partner, resident in the New York office.

Lee represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, growth equity funds, pension funds, private and public companies, and other strategic and financial investors on a broad range of M&A, corporate governance, and regulatory matters. She has extensive experience advising on mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buy-outs, divestitures, co-investments, joint ventures, carve-outs, equity restructurings, and other complex domestic and cross-border corporate transactions. Lee’s practice has spanned London, Hong Kong, and New York.
