Ms. Aminian is a member of the Intellectual Property and Business Law Sections of the California Bar Association. She is also a member of the Women’s Intellectual Property Lawyers Association.
Ms. Aminian’s experience spans a wide range of industries, including software, cloud computing, mobile applications, open source, social networking platforms, media and entertainment, e-commerce, and artificial intelligence.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Aminian was a corporate legal intern in the intellectual property department at Warner Bros. Entertainment. She was also a legal intern in the Worldwide Licensing and Distribution Group at Paramount Pictures and in the Enforcement Bureau at the U.S. Federal Communications Commission.
While attending law school, Ms. Aminian served as an editor for the Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law and the President of the Georgetown Entertainment and Media Alliance, Law Division. Ms. Aminian was a student attorney with Georgetown Law’s Technology, Innovation and Access to the Civil Justice Practicum, where she earned the Iron Tech Lawyer Excellence in Design Award. She was also a student attorney in the Social Enterprise and Nonprofit Law Clinic, where she advised organizations on entity formation and corporate governance matters.
