Benjamin L. Anderson

Benjamin Anderson is a senior associate in Goodwin’s Private Investment Funds practice and a member of the Private Equity group. Benjamin focuses his practice on the formation and ongoing operation of private investment vehicles, including private equity funds and venture capital funds.

Benjamin advises large private equity firms as well as small and mid-sized managers, assisting clients with fund formation and fundraising activities, ongoing operational affairs and regulatory compliance matters. He also has experience representing investors in connection with their investments in private funds.

Benjamin completed an eight-month secondment at Neuberger Berman where he assisted with numerous fundraises and deals.

Prior to joining Goodwin in 2021, Benjamin was an associate in the New York office of Sidley Austin LLP.
