- Leviton Mfg. Co., Inc. v. Pass & Seymour, Inc.(E.D.N.Y): Represented defendant Pass & Seymour in a long-running dispute involving P&S’s core technology, ground-fault circuit interrupters (GFCIs), between the two market leaders in the U.S. GFCI market.
During law school, Mr. Anderson was a student attorney in Boston University’s Startup Law Clinic, which counsels MIT and Boston University campus-based entrepreneurs. He also served as an articles editor for the Boston University Journal of Science and Technology Law. Before joining Goodwin, Mr. Anderson was a law clerk at a boutique patent prosecution and trademark firm during the summer and fall of 2018.
Prior to law school, Mr. Anderson worked as a Bioprocess Manufacturing Technician at Genentech.
