Courtney Braganza Baybay is the Director of Practice Management for the Technology group at Goodwin. She focuses on overall operations, business intelligence, and talent management to drive the strategic direction of the business unit.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Courtney worked closely with firm leaders at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe in monitoring business unit and practice group performance metrics and developing innovative systems to improve business processes. She also played a lead role in the implementation of key marketing and practice initiatives to enhance client service quality and efficiency for the nationally prominent Public Finance group. Courtney’s career in legal began at Perkins Coie where she was a Corporate Paralegal in the Emerging Companies & Venture Capital practice.
