Josh Bone is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department and Appellate Litigation Practice. He joined Goodwin in 2016.
Following law school, Mr. Bone served as a law clerk to Associate Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg on the United States Supreme Court and to Judge David S. Tatel on the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. He previously worked for a public-interest legal organization. In that capacity, Mr. Bone successfully briefed and argued an appeal before the Tenth Circuit.
During law school, Mr. Bone was a submissions editor for the Yale Law and Policy Review.
