Zach Bonner is an associate in the Private Investment Funds practice in Goodwin’s London office. He trained at Goodwin and joined the funds team on qualification in September 2021. Zach advises financial institutions and investment managers on the fundraising and ongoing operation of funds across a number of asset classes, with a particular focus on private equity and infrastructure funds. His experience includes a six month secondment to Macquarie’s legal team. Zach also acts for investors with respect to their investments into private investment funds across a number of asset classes.
