Julie Bower is an associate in the firm’s Financial Industry and Private Investment Funds practices.
Ms. Bower’s practice focuses on advising private funds, registered funds and their investment advisers on all asset management and related regulatory issues arising under the Investment Company Act of 1940, the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and other federal securities laws. She has extensive experience with respect to investment due diligence and evaluating and developing internal compliance programs. Ms. Bower also regularly counsels clients on the formation, structuring and management of private equity and other investment vehicles.
Prior to joining Goodwin in 2017, Ms. Bower was a Financial Services associate in the New York office of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP.
