Katharina Brendel is an associate in Goodwin’s Real Estate Finance & Restructurings practice and Financial Industry group. Her practice focuses on real estate finance, with a particular emphasis on acquisition and development financings including residential, commercial, single assets, portfolio and warehouse financings, as well as leverage and buy-out finance.
Ms. Brendel joined Goodwin in 2019 as trainee and after that as law clerk. As part of her legal clerkship, she worked in Goodwin’s Boston office. Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Brendel worked for other international law firms in Frankfurt.
