Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Bryan was an associate at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP in New York, where she was a member of the Financial Restructuring practice group and represented agents, lenders, public and private borrowers, business development companies and other financial institutions in a variety of complex financing transactions.
While attending law school, Ms. Bryan was a member of the Barristers’ Council and served as an editor for the Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law.
