David V. Cappillo is a partner in the firm’s Technology group with a primary focus on advising break-out companies. He has been recognized as a leading technology company attorney for over 20 years. David serves on the firm's global Partnership Committee. He has extensive experience in M&A, venture capital, growth equity and other strategic transactions, corporate governance, and securities laws.
