Dondi Dancy joined Goodwin in 2019 as a senior paralegal in the firm’s ERISA & Executive Compensation practice. In this role, she is responsible for assisting lawyers with all aspects of compliance, and the design and implementation issues that arise in connection with employment, change in control and other equity participation arrangements. Ms. Dancy is a skilled paralegal with more than 20 years of experience at various companies, including W.F. Corroon (now known as Willis Towers Watson).
