Michel de Bézenac is an Associate in the firm’s Private Equity group and specializes in the Private Investment Funds practice. He advises financial institutions and investment managers on the fundraising and ongoing operation of private investment funds across a number of asset classes, with a particular focus on private equity, venture capital and infrastructure.
Mr. de Bézenac is in the process of being admitted to List IV of the Luxembourg Bar.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Mr. de Bézenac trained in the Corporate department of a magic circle firm in Paris. He also gained work experience in insurance law or aircraft financing in Paris and international law at a law firm in Shanghai.
