Ms. DeGroot’s recent experience includes:
- Represented a prominent real estate ownership and asset management firm in the acquisition and disposition of over thirty multifamily residential complexes across the United States for purchase prices ranging from $20 million to $200 million.*
- Represented a leading private equity investment firm in dispositions of over ten hotels across the United States for purchase prices ranging from $10 million to $55 million.*
- Represented a commercial real estate investment firm in the acquisition and financing of various Class A office buildings throughout the Bay Area for purchase prices ranging from $105 million to $200 million.*
- Represented a commercial real estate investment firm in the acquisition and construction financing for the development of a multifamily residential project located in Salt Lake City, Utah.*
- Represented a real estate development and investment firm in its refinancing of a $202 million mortgage loan for a Class A office building in San Francisco.*
