Dr. Delsignore has represented numerous clients in patent matters, including Teva Pharmaceuticals, Roxane Pharmaceuticals, Inc., GE Plastics, Geneva Pharmaceuticals, Loreal, ExxonMobil Chemical Company, The BOC Group, Inc, Cooper Union, Mount Sinai School of Medicine and Research Foundation of the State of New York at Stony Brook. Her recent client work includes:
- Strategies for leveraging federal district court litigation and post patent issue proceedings in the United States Patent and Trademark Office Patent Trial and Appeal Board
- Freedom to operate strategies related to the launch of FDA approved drugs
- Evaluation of the intellectual property portfolios of target companies in due diligence studies
- Patent procurement and portfolio management for academic institutions
Dr. Delsignore is a member of the American Bar Association, the PTAB Bar Association, New York Intellectual Property Law Association and New Jersey Intellectual Property Law Association and is a member of the nominating committee for award of the Jefferson Medal.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Dr. Delsignore was head of the Chemical/Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology patent group at Pitney, Hardin Kipp & Szuch, and practiced patent law in the intellectual property group of Baker Botts L.L.P. and in the intellectual property firm of Brumbaugh, Graves, Donohue & Raymond.
