Ms. DiLascia has participated in all phases of patent litigation, including fact and expert discovery, motion practice, and trial. She has experience litigating patents in multiple areas of technology, including software, electronics, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals.
Ms. DiLascia’s recent work includes representing:
- Adverio Pharma GmbH, et al. v. MSN Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. et al. (D. Del.): Representing MSN Laboratories in Hatch-Waxman patent litigation concerning the drug riociguat (Adempas®), which is indicated for chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension and pulmonary arterial hypertension.
While attending law school, Ms. DiLascia was a Managing Editor of the George Washington International Law Review and the President of the Moot Court Board. Ms. DiLascia also worked with the Criminal Appeals and Post-Conviction Services (CAPS) clinic as a student-attorney, drafting briefs and arguing appeals for individuals in the Maryland Court of Special Appeals.
