Haili Ding is an international legal consultant in Goodwin’s internationally recognized Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions group. Ms. Ding focuses her work on private equity investments, representing investors, companies and management in private and public leveraged buyouts, and control and minority investment transactions. Previously, Ms. Ding has practiced as a lawyer in the Shanghai offices of U.S. law firms, where she focused on mergers and acquisitions, real estate acquisitions and financing, and general corporate matters.

Ms. Ding is fluent in Mandarin and English.

Ms. Ding is admitted to practice in China only; her application to the New York bar is pending. She is working under the supervision of the partners at Goodwin.
