Sofie advises companies at all stages of the corporate life cycle, including corporate formation, governance, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and securities law matters.
Sofie has represented clients in the pharmaceutical, climate tech, consumer retail, e-commerce, and fintech sectors.
Professional Activities
Prior to law school, Sofie worked in the pharmaceutical industry in roles spanning business development, regulatory affairs, and corporate communications.
While attending law school, Sofie served as a law review editor for Hastings Law Journal. She received two CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for academic achievement and was awarded the Best Brief Award for Legal Research and Writing II.
