Rodolphe Amaudric du Chaffaut is an associate in Goodwin’s Private Equity group.

Rodolphe advises on a broad range of corporate matters, with a focus on private equity transactions. He has advised private equity firms, private and public companies, managers in domestic and cross-borders private M&A transactions and leverage buyouts (LBO).

Prior to joining Goodwin in 2021, Rodolphe worked as an associate in the Paris office of Winston & Strawn LLP and K&L Gates.

Rodolphe is recognized as Ones to Watch for his work in Mergers and Acquisitions in the last edition of Best Lawyers France.
