Charles Elsom is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law department and a member of its Private Equity group. Charles advises on a broad range of corporate matters, with a focus on private equity transactions. He has particular experience advising private equity houses and management teams in mid-market buyouts and investments.

Charles joined Goodwin in September 2017.
