Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Erickson’s law practice focused on the capital markets. Outside of the legal industry, Ms. Erickson has advised clients on corporate initiatives focused on solutions investing and strategic philanthropy. She has been active in several local, state and national political campaigns, with a focus on sustainable business, climate solutions and innovation around clean technology.
Christina Erickson is an associate in the firm’s Technology and Life Sciences groups and a member of its Private Investment Funds and Impact and Responsible Investing practices. She joined Goodwin in 2017. Ms. Erickson is admitted to practice in New York and the District of Columbia only. She is working under the supervision of the partners at Goodwin.
Ms. Erickson focuses her practice on the structuring, formation and ongoing management of a variety of private investment vehicles, including venture capital funds and real estate funds.
Ms. Erickson’s experience in the private investment funds space includes establishing private funds through domestic and international securities offerings, representing fund managers and sponsor entities in the preparation and negotiation of fund formation and investment documents, and counseling fund sponsors and managers with respect to a variety of ongoing matters.
