Mike Estell is Director of Learning + Professional Development based in the Boston office, responsible for various firmwide training and development programs primarily in support of the firm’s business law practices, with an additional focus on firmwide leadership programming.
Before joining the firm in 2021, Mike held firmwide roles in professional development at WilmerHale and K&L Gates, after having practiced as a corporate attorney at Cooley and at WilmerHale. He holds a PhD from Yale University and a JD from Yale Law School.
