Ms. Faldetta is actively involved in Goodwin’s pro bono practice. She has worked on a variety of immigration-related matters, representing foreign nationals in immigration and asylum proceedings. Ms. Faldetta has also partnered with the National Association for Media Literacy Education in submitting an amicus brief to the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the First Circuit in a high-profile right to education case.
While in law school, Ms. Faldetta worked as a student attorney and teaching assistant for the Harvard Law School Transactional Law Clinics, and participated in an independent clinical at the Texas Advocacy Project and in the Harvard Law School Gender Violence Legal Policy Workshop.
