Jared Fine is a partner in the firm's Technology group. He provides practical, strategic advice to emerging companies and investors at all stages of the life cycle. Regularly serving as general counsel to clients, his practice includes mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and general corporate and securities law, including company formation and seed, venture capital and growth equity financings.

Professional Experience

Prior to joining Goodwin, Mr. Fine served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Peter C. Dorsey of the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut.

Mr. Fine has been involved in various pro bono matters, including working with the Greater Boston Citizenship Initiative and the firm’s Neighborhood Business Initiative.


Mr. Fine was a 2021 recommended lawyer for Technology Transactions by The Legal 500. While attending law school, Mr. Fine was an Executive Editor of the Connecticut Law Review.
