Mr. Fox’s recent representative matters include representing major stakeholders in the following matters:
Gibson Brands representing an iconic guitar manufacturer as debtor-in-possession in its successful restructuring of approximately $500 million of funded debt obligations through a Chapter 11 plan;
Aegerion Pharmaceuticals representing the parent company and substantial creditor of a rare drug biopharmaceutical company in connection with the Chapter 11 restructuring of over $400 million of liabilities;
Millennium Lab Holdings representing the private equity co-sponsor of a lab testing company in prepackaged Chapter 11 cases resulting in the restructuring of over $1.7 billion of funded indebtedness and resolution of substantial government and other asserted litigation claims;
Videology representing the stalking horse and ultimately successful purchaser of substantially all of the assets of a cutting-edge advertising technology business through an auction and sale under Section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code; and
Motors Liquidation Corp. representing various personal injury plaintiffs in multi-year bankruptcy litigation and appeals with respect to claims arising from deaths and injuries involving motor vehicles manufactured prior to GM’s chapter 11 cases.
