Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Gedeon was an associate with Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP in New York. Prior to her legal career, Ms. Gedeon worked in the business development industry, writing and managing the submission of proposals to international development agencies and host-country governments in the governance and economic growth sectors.
Megan Gedeon is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law Department and a member of its Private Equity and Debt Finance groups. Her practice focuses on representing private equity sponsors, borrowers, and lenders in a diverse range of debt financing transactions, including acquisition financings, loan commitments and other secured and unsecured lending transactions.
