Carrie Gilman is the Senior Manager of Diversity, Equity + Inclusion at Goodwin. In this role, Ms. Gilman designs and implements organizational change initiatives to support the firm’s strategy. This includes developing and executing programs designed to attract, retain, develop and advance a diverse talent pool, foster inclusive leadership, and eliminate hidden barriers to success. Through these initiatives, Ms. Gilman and her team drive collaboration and innovation, promote excellence, cultivate leadership, and enhance engagement.
Ms. Gilman joined Goodwin in 2014 as a member of the business development team for the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation group and transitioned to her current position in April 2017. Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Gilman worked in various marketing and business development roles, both within and outside of the legal industry, and in the public service sector of the legal profession.
