Alix Greenwald is the Attorney Development Manager for east coast associates in the Technology group at Goodwin. She manages attorney workload assignments, coaches on career planning and professional development, and works with the Attorney Review Committee to prepare and complete performance evaluations. She also supports firm-wide initiatives on diversity and inclusion as well as attorney retention and engagement. Ms. Greenwald is Behavioral Health First Aid Certified.
