Tony Guan is an associate in Goodwin’s ERISA & Executive Compensation practice.

Mr. Guan advises public and private companies on executive compensation and employee benefits issues as well as tax and securities issues in connection with mergers and acquisitions, financings, initial public offerings and other corporate transactions. In addition, he regularly advises employers and executives in the negotiation, design and implementation of employment, severance, change in control, deferred compensation, equity and other incentive compensation plans and arrangements.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Mr. Guan was a labor and employment litigator in New York.
