Tony Guan is an associate in Goodwin’s ERISA & Executive Compensation practice.
Mr. Guan advises a wide variety of clients, including both public and private companies, on employee benefit and compensation issues, as well as tax and securities law issues in connection with mergers and acquisitions, financings, initial public offerings and other corporate transactions. In addition, he represents employers and executives in the negotiation, design and implementation of employment, severance and change in control arrangements, deferred compensation, equity and other incentive compensation plans and arrangements.
Mr. Guan is currently admitted to practice in New York only; his application to the California bar is pending. Mr. Guan is working under the supervision of partners at Goodwin.
