Brian Hannon

Brian Hannon is an Associate in the Business Law Department at Goodwin. Mr. Hannon started at the firm in 2021. 

Prior to joining Goodwin, Mr. Hannon was a Legal Associate at Onyx Renewable Partners, L.P., a leader in the development and finance of C&I and small scale utility solar projects in North America. At Onyx, Mr. Hannon was involved in the firm’s project and company acquisitions and dispositions, project financings, project development and construction, asset management, and day-to-day corporate matters.

Before joining Onyx, Mr. Hannon had a career as a Claims Investigator for DJH & Associates, an insurance claims adjusting and investigation firm based in Rockville Centre, New York. As a Claims Investigator, Mr. Hannon specialized in investigations in connection with workers’ compensation and general liability claims involving catastrophic construction incidents, medical malpractice claims, and property damage claims.
