Taylor Harrison

Taylor Harrison is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Technology and Life Sciences groups. She joined Goodwin in 2020. She concentrates in general corporate law and has experience in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, SEC compliance and corporate governance. Taylor represents private emerging growth technology and life science companies as well as venture capital funds focusing on technology and life science companies.
