Ifrah Hassan is an associate in the Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice at Goodwin. Ifrah focuses her practice on complex litigation, including intellectual property, trade secrets litigation, contract disputes, and federal and state civil litigation. Since joining the firm in 2022, Ifrah has worked on trade secret misappropriation, breach of contract, joint venture agreements, breach of fiduciary duties, fraud, and wrongful foreclosure.  Ifrah also maintains an active pro bono practice, including handling immigration and asylum matters.

Professional Experience

Prior to joining Goodwin, Ifrah worked as a Judicial law clerk at the United States District Court for Central District of California.

During law school, Ifrah served as a judicial extern at the United States Bankruptcy Court for Central District of California for the Honorable Judge Robert N. Kwan. Ifrah also served as a senior articles editor for Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review, participated in Loyola’s Transactional Negotiation Team, and worked as a writing tutor for law students.

 

Professional Activities

Ifrah is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and serves on the Executive Board of USC’s Young Alumni Council and on the Board of Advisors for Law Clerks for Diversity, an organization that aims to increase the diversity of law clerks in the federal judiciary by providing mentorship and resources to help diverse applicants from traditionally underrepresented groups navigate the clerkship hiring process.
