Margaret Hickey

Margaret Hickey is a partner in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its Technology group. She joined Goodwin in 2017.

Ms. Hickey’s practice focuses primarily on mergers, acquisitions, venture financings, private equity investments, and other general corporate matters in a broad range of industries.

Prior to law school, Ms. Hickey taught science as a Teach for America corps member.

Ms. Margaret Hickey has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America Ones to Watch for her work in Commercial Litigation, Leveraged Buyouts and Private Equity Law 2022.
