Michael Homer

Michael Homer is an associate in the Business Law department at Goodwin. He joined the firm in 2021.

Michael specializes in guiding entrepreneurs, technology companies, venture capital funds and strategic investors through various areas of corporate law, including the corporate life cycle, financings, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Michael was a corporate associate in the Silicon Valley office of an international law firm.

While attending law school, Michael interned with the in-house legal department of a public technology company. Additionally, he was active in the Berkeley Law New Business Clinic offering legal support to local entrepreneurs and small-business owners.
