Ms. Isidro is experienced in matters involving innovative and emerging technologies, including IoT and IIoT products and technologies, cell-cultured foods, genetically engineered foods, and products containing cannabidiol (CBD) and other hemp-derived cannabinoids. She also has broad experience involving medical devices, pharmaceuticals, food and beverages, dietary supplements and consumer products. She serves on the national counsel team for various clients in MDLs, mass torts and individual cases across the country in state and federal courts. She has defended software companies in connection with breach of contract claims, and has also litigated white-collar claims stemming from pharmaceutical clinical trials. Working closely with a national network of experts in various fields of medicine, materials sciences, and industry regulation, Ms. Isidro excels at synthesizing complex scientific and regulatory issues into relatable themes that can be easily understood by juries, judges, lawmakers, and regulators.
Ms. Isidro also provides strategic counseling to clients in heavily regulated industries on litigation avoidance and risk management. She has extensive experience advising clients on product launches, regulatory compliance (including FDA and FTC), labeling and warnings, GMPs, product warranties, and related litigation avoidance and risk management issues.
Ms. Isidro is a 2018 Fellow of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity. She is the immediate past chair of the Class Action and Mass Tort Special Litigation Group of the Defense Research Institute’s (DRI’s) Product Liability Committee. She is also a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), the Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA), and the New York State Bar Association, as well as the ABA's Women in Products Liability Sub-Committee and Food & Supplements Sub-Committee.
