Mr. Jennings has represented companies and individuals in complex employment, intellectual property, and commercial matters in private arbitration, federal court, and state court. Mr. Jennings has experience in all phases of litigation, including drafting and responding to complaints, motion practice, discovery management, summary judgment, and trials. In addition, Mr. Jennings maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in immigration and landlord/tenant proceedings.
Before joining Goodwin, Mr. Jennings was a law clerk for the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office, where he worked on homicide prosecutions. Prior to law school, Mr. Jennings served with Jesuit Volunteer Corps for one year at a homeless shelter in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Mr. Jennings is a member of both the San Francisco Bar Association and Bay Area Lawyers for Individual Freedom. Mr. Jennings served two years as a board member of the AIDS Legal Referral Panel.
