Colin Johnson

Colin Johnson is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Department.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Mr. Johnson was a Contract Analyst at Ironclad from 2019–2020. Prior to that, he served as a legal intern at Zscaler. He was also previously a student clinician with the Internet and Intellectual Property Justice Clinic at the University of San Francisco School of Law.

While in law school, Mr. Johnson served as the Senior Survey Editor for the Intellectual Property & Technology Law Journal.

While in law school, Mr. Johnson served as Co-President for the Business Law Association, Co-President of the Sports & Entertainment Law Association and as Founder & Co-President of the Privacy Law Association.

Mr. Johnson graduated law school with Intellectual Property & Technology Law Certificate with Honors. He is also recognized with the CALI Award for Excellence in Contracts 2 and CALI Award for Excellence in Information Privacy Law.
