As the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations, Alex Kelly is responsible for developing the department-wide budget for all marketing and client development expenses and implementing process and procedure for the marketing department. She works in conjunction with the client development team to develop new business development reporting tools to effectively measure the success and ROI of departmental efforts. Alex will also lead the contract review process, as well as identify and promote operational efficiencies within the marketing and client development departments.
Prior to Goodwin, Alex led digital marketing at Nutter, McClennen & Fish LLP in Boston. Alex has over a decade of experience in marketing working with companies like EF Education First, Natixis Investment Managers, and Metro Credit Union. She also has over 10 years in luxury sales with brands such as Louis Vuitton and Tiffany & Co.
Alex has her MBA and BA from Suffolk University and holds a professional certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
