Jack Kelly is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its Private Equity group. Jack's practice specializes in advising corporate strategic clients, search funds, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a wide variety of transactions, including joint ventures, leveraged buyouts, mergers, acquisitions, growth equity investments and general corporate counseling.
