Amy Kim

Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Kim was a corporate associate at M&H, LLP, where she represented companies and investors in a variety of transactional matters, including entity formations, equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate representation and counseling and corporate governance. She has also represented various fund clients with formation and fund maintenance matters.

While attending law school, Ms. Kim was an Articles Editor for the UC Davis Law Review and served as the Co-Chair of the Korean American Law Students Association, the Co-Chair of the Recruitment, Retention & Outreach Committee and the Professional Development Chair of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association.
