Jarrid King is a partner in Goodwin’s Real Estate Industry group. In more than 25 years, he has closed tens of billions of dollars of real estate finance matters nationwide, representing lenders, borrowers and investors in complex financings and structuring debt and equity investments throughout the capital stack.

Mr. King regularly advises banks, private equity funds, REITs, insurance companies, foreign pension funds, owners, developers and investors in permanent, bridge, construction and mezzanine loans, preferred equity investments in joint ventures and other financing structures intended for securitization, full or partial syndication and balance sheet. He also has extensive borrower and lender side loan workout and restructuring experience.
