Sara King an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Technology group. Sara focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions and representing start-up and later-stage companies throughout their corporate life cycle. She joined Goodwin in 2021.

Sara was a Summer Associate at Goodwin in 2020. While attending law school, Sara served as a law clerk with the Honorable Marianne B. Bowler at the United States District Court of the District of Massachusetts. Prior to law school, Sara was a legal assistant at White & Case, LLP in its Washington, DC office.
