Kyrylo (Kirill) Kovalenko is a law clerk in the Business Law department at Goodwin. He started at the firm in 2021 and was a summer associate in 2020. Prior to attending law school, Kirill worked as a Staff Manager at a private Ambulatory Surgical Center in Brooklyn, New York, where he played a key role in helping the facility get re-accredited with the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care.

While attending law school, Kirill worked as a summer associate at a boutique healthcare collections law firm in Washington, DC, where he also worked part-time throughout the Fall of his second year and throughout his entire third-year.

During the Spring of his second year of law school, Kirill externed at the DC Headquarters of the Securities and Exchange Commission, where he spent his time assisting the Cyber Unit of the Division of Enforcement in investigating financial fraud perpetrated through cyber means.
